The four aspects that make up a lifestyle well-lived are physical, social, infertility treatment, environmental and emotional. I believe it's essential to focus on these different areas when making changes in one’s life because improving one aspect usually affects the others whether directly or indirectly. There are ways that nutrition can help both as a treatment and as an adjunct to therapy for those who suffer from mental or physical ailments - this also ties into improving one's overall energy level, mood and sense of well-being! And since altering your diet can contribute greatly to these improvements, it's absolutely worth taking note that by making changes like switching up one's diet can result in truly significant improvements in all of these aspects of living well.
